FAQ
Have a question? Ask us HERE!
Who can come to the RS campout?
Both RS Members and Friends may sponsor adult guests (18+ years). This is different than regular ANDCs, in which only Members may sponsor guests. All campout attendees must agree to the Essential Communications.
Can I bring my children?
All Members and Friends may bring their kids of all ages. Children under 18 are free. Guests may not bring their children. See the RS Children's policy here.
Will food be provided?
On Friday we'll share in a potluck dinner and will ask every person/family to bring one dish for the potluck. We will provide light snacks throughout the weekend, and breakfast food will also be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Campers are responsible for their Saturday afternoon/evening meals. We will have a large grill for community cooking.
Are there kitchen facilities?
Access to the kitchen facilities will be limited, largely reserved for the food team. There will be an outdoor grill for cooking. Campers are expected to bring coolers for their food, as the kitchen space will be reserved for event food. The venue has plenty of plates, utensils, cups, etc, so no need to bring your own.
What should I bring?

Things that light up!
Stuff for camping: tent, airbed, bedding, pillow, ear plugs, and flashlight are all good things.
For your skin: sun screen, bug spray, technu.

How does load-in work?

Then you park, return to your stuff, and find your camping spot! Chauffeured golf carts will be available to assist you in reaching your camping spot.
